You suspiciously avoid questions on fee structure. This is not helpful. The only thing I found (deep in FAQ) is the 75% of first month rent for new tenant. I'd like to see a full disclosure, please.

    Hi Evgenil, If you register for free on our site, you'll be able to see all properties in our database, with all fees disclosed fully and displayed transparently. I'd also like to assure you that you won’t have to give us any financial information until and unless you want to purchase a property. Registering will simply give you access to our database, which has in-depth financial details on all properties, including all fees, vacancy/maintenance contingencies, as well as projected returns.
