IRVINE, Calif., June 22, 2016 – HomeUnion®, an online real estate investing platform enabling value investing in residential properties, has issued a new report on the most affordable zip codes with the best schools in Orange County. Zip codes in Irvine, Foothill Ranch and Aliso Viejo topped the list. HomeUnion® analyzed median home prices in Orange County, and schools with a ranking in the 80th percentile or higher by Maponics.
“School quality is one of the most important factors – if not the most important factor to consider – when buying a home, especially for families,” says Don Ganguly, CEO of HomeUnion®. “In Orange County, high-quality public schools have attracted homebuyers from not just other parts of the state and country, but even from abroad. As a result, median home prices across the county have surged since the end of the last recession. To help homebuyers and prospective homebuyers in this marketplace, we’re happy to provide insight on where to find the most affordable residential real estate with the best schools,” he notes.
