Find someone who:

  • Is punctual with appointments
  • Has good credit, passes a background check and has no evictions
  • Can provide you with references

If you sense that something is off, or for some reason you just have bad energy, your gut could be telling you something. Your intuition is powerful when it comes to feeling out individuals so if something inside is telling you that something isn’t right, do yourself a favor and listen. You don’t want to figure it out when it is too late.
